| At GearHeadz, Customer satisfaction
is our primary focus. That’s why we have a no questions asked return policy. If
you don’t like what you bought from GearHeadz, send it back. We will replace
your merchandise, exchange it for something else, or refund it. All merchandise
in resellable condition may be returned for a refund within one year of
purchase when accompanied by your receipt. If used and found defective, we will
exchange or repair within one year of the purchase date when accompanied by
your receipt. Save your packing materials and manufacturers warranty together
with your GearHeadz sales receipt and invoice. |

| When returning merchandise to
GearHeadz, please call us so that we may issue you a return authorization
number (RA #). Please wrap the items and return them Parcel Post insured or
UPS. Parcels must be returned shipping charges prepaid. C.O.D. returns will not
be accepted and will be refused. Please include a letter telling us the reason
for the return, along with the name, address, and zip code of the person who
placed the order. Advise us if you are looking for a refund, exchange, or
repair. GearHeadz will refund or prepay postage due to shipping errors or
defects in merchandise. We will return ship via UPS Ground. |
